#ThanksGivingThursday; AMAZING GRACE!!!

On todays #ThanksgivingThursday, we are thanking God for His Amazing Grace in our lives. Without it, who / where would we be???

Everything we are, Everything we do, Everything we aspire for is a function of God’s Grace in our lives. Grace we don’t deserve, Grace we constantly fall short of, yet Grace which never leaves us, Grace which empowers us. It’s there for us to always run back to, It is abundant. And we have received this abundant Grace so that we can reign in Life. Romans 5:17 says;

For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!

So we leave you with this beautiful song from Hillsong United- “Broken Vessels (Amazing Grace)”. Let it minister to you and bless you today, as you thank God for His Amazing Grace in your life.

LYRICS

VERSE 1

All these pieces
Broken and scattered
In mercy gathered
Mended and whole
Empty handed
But not forsaken
I’ve been set free
I’ve been set free

CHORUS

Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost
But now I’m found
Was blind but now I see

Oh I can see it now
Oh I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down
Raising up the broken to life
VERSE 2

You take our failure
You take our weakness
You set Your treasure
In jars of clay
So take this heart, Lord
I’ll be Your vessel
The world to see
Your love in me

CHORUS
Amazing grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost
But now I’m found
Was blind but now I see

Oh I can see it now
Oh I can see the love in Your eyes
Laying yourself down
Raising up the broken to life

God bless you.
